Mark McLearn is a Senior Appraiser for Florida Realty Analysts, Inc.  He has qualified as an expert witness in Broward County, Florida.  He has over nine years of experience preparing various types of eminent domain appraisals in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, Polk, Charlotte, Lee, Seminole and Orange County while working at the Florida Department of Transportation’s District Four and Five, and appraisal firms in the Orlando region.  He has appraised on or reviewed over twenty Department of Transportation projects in this time period.
